The Engaging Leaders Award is a team award for the chapter leadership team that makes great strides in getting others more involved.
You'll be asked about:
How you trained your leaders to be more effective at engaging more members.
How THREE of your leaders in three separate projects/areas of focus/programs did outreach and got more members engaged. (We'll be looking for increased involvement, results and photos.)
The biggest challenge was to engaging more members.
The biggest lesson your leaders learned as they took efforts to engage more members.
The promotions should go live in next few weeks. Wanted you to know in advance if you are interested.
Application will be due by March 30, 2012 - so anyone who wants a shot at the title and prize has time to make it happen.
