What New Leaders Need to Know
Looking ahead to how we can help chapter leaders, we decided it would be good to know what new leaders wished they knew.
So we created a survey asking experienced leaders to think back, given what you know now, what you wished you knew then.
And asking new leaders what would help them be successful.
Please take two minutes and share your insights.
I'll be compiling the answers into a summary report to share in the Playground.
The more folks who give their responses, the more accurate we will be.
Next year I'll be taking to the road once again to bring Lazy Leader training into communities across America.

Getting sponsors is a stretch for me - but the increased impact trained Lazy Leaders can make with their chapters makes it worth the pain.
