RSVP for the Lazy Leader Road Show Concept Critique Thursday, April 23rd, 1:00 – 1:50 PM
Do you ever get an idea that you know can make a difference –
but will stretch you farther than ever before? In fact, you can’t do it all
yourself and be successful?
That’s where I am.
I have an idea to create a volunteer leader stimulus
program.
I’m worried about many local chapters. They’ve gotten
consumed by how bad the economy is and are forgetting to tap into the creative
power so many chapters have.
There are lots of people who are interested in volunteering –
but the old model of leadership is not going to keep them in chapters.
I believe chapters are at the heart of potential solutions
for our country and want to do my part to help make it happen.
So I came up with the idea for a Lazy Leader Road show this
fall. Training 5,000 leaders in 30 programs and 10 weeks.
In my fantasy, I waive my speaking fees and chapters may
even make a few dollars by bringing me in.
I’ve got a draft of how this might work.
I’ve been bouncing
it off friends.
And want to put it in front of some more people before totally
committing.
I need to make sure I’m not missing anything.
In other words, I could use your help.
On April 23rd, 1:00 -1:50 PM ET, I’m hoping some of you would be willing
to be a sounding board for me.
Check out my concept, challenge the ideas and
give me feedback.
If you’re willing to help me, please RSVP here:
I’m going to use a webinar format so you can see what I’m up
to and well as discuss the ideas.
You'll get your login in information prior to our time together.
